I was initially pretty upset about the delay in delivery and on top of it, I was given to believe the amount I paid was in Canadian and was shocked when i saw the bill which was much much more and even with the exchange rate, it was much higher hence I called my credit card company and disputed the charges since payment was due much later. They advised me to first write to the company with my complaints and see if the company resolves it and if not they would take action. Fortunately I got a prompt reply from Bobbie apologising for the inconvenience caused and came up with an offer but unfortunately when the product did arrive but from an unknown source locally, the size was too big and not of the quality I expected hence declined it and requested to cancel and refund the amount. To my pleasant surprise I got a prompt reply from Christine advising me that the amount that I paid was being refunded and also advised me not to send the package back and to keep it hence I wrote to them that since I cannot use it, I would donate them to some needy person. I wrote back thanking Christine for her prompt reply and quick action.
