I wish I could give zero stars due to the unprofessionalism of this service. I attempted to cancel my order within 24 hours multiple times, but they ignored my requests and pressured me to confirm the order again. Be wary of their misleading practices; I initially intended to buy just one item, but later found an unexpected charge for another item I did not agree to purchase. This is why I wanted to cancel the entire order. Even though the items hadn't shipped, they insisted on charging a restocking fee, which is completely absurd. I strongly recommend avoiding this service; it is not reputable at all!
