Complete fraudsters. The product I received looks nothing like what was shown online. They tried to persuade me to accept a 20% refund instead of processing a return. I insisted on going through the return process, as the item is unusable. It turns out the shipping and customs charges will cost me more than the item itself. Save your money and shop somewhere that will handle returns honestly.
