The quality and appearance of both items ordered was vastly different to the on-line image. When I requested a full refund and return of the garment, Luna-mae provided only the offer of a 20% refund without need to return. They increased this to 40% refund when I pushed for a refund in line with their advertised 30 day return policy. They had no intention of taking returns - only offering a small partial refund for clothing of dismal quality.I tried an exchange instead and the replacement items were just as awful.WILL NOT WEAR. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
