If I could give 0 stars, I would.I ordered a dress that turned out to be incredibly poor quality and far too short to wear — and I’m petite, so that says a lot. I requested a refund, as advertised on their website under “hassle-free returns” — which is misleading at best.Instead of honouring the refund, I received four separate attempts to convince me to keep the dress in exchange for a partial refund, which I declined every time.When I finally returned the item, they claimed it was outside their 30-day return window and refused to process my refund — and to make matters worse, they’re also refusing to return the dress.Despite claiming to be an Australian-based company, the return address was in China, only rerouted through Sydney to appear local.They’ve effectively taken my money and left me with nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.
