Definitely should have read the reviews before I purchased with Luna Mae. I ordered a dress which arrived and it was terrible quality and the colour looked nothing like the photo. Same day I requested a refund and was offered a 15% refund with no need to return the item. I requested a full refund and was then offered 30% again stating that I wanted a full refund the ‘team leader was engaged’ and I was given three options, store credit (nah hun), 30% refund or to ship the product at my expense to China with a note saying I’d also have to pay customs clearance fees. I ended up going with the 30% refund as there was no guarantee they would honour the refund after I payed the shipping fees. Overall a scam & a waste of money!
