What I received was an entirely different product — a flimsy, poorly made piece of fabric with zero tags, no branding, and absolutely no resemblance to what was advertised. It was laughably cheap and unwearable — I wouldn’t even donate it.When I contacted customer service, they offered me a 10% refund to keep the garbage they sent me. I declined. They raised it to 30%. I declined again. I asked for a full refund. Their response? I had to pay international return shipping to China out of my own pocket — and maybe get a refund if they deemed the dress “in good condition.” This means they profit from scamming customers with cheap knockoffs, while hiding behind return policies that punish buyers for their own deception.I offered a reasonable solution — refund me minus return costs and I’d dispose of the item.
