I would rate this service with zero stars due to its lack of professionalism. I attempted to cancel my order within 24 hours multiple times, but they ignored my requests and pressured me to confirm the order again. Be cautious of their misleading practices; I initially planned to buy just one item, but later discovered an unexpected charge for a second item I never agreed to purchase. This is why I wanted to cancel the entire order. Even though the items hadn't shipped, they insisted on charging a restocking fee, which is utterly ridiculous. I strongly advise against using this service; it is not trustworthy at all!
