Bought a coat that was poor quality and terrible fitting.It was advertised as “Tailored” which it clearly wasn’t. The image they have used to advertise was AI. The print on the coat, didn’t line up on the back of the coat. It was so thin you can see the light through it. You are not able to send anything back!! They offer you a % refund - I don’t want a horrible nasty coat, I wanted my money back and was willing to send it back. PayPal sided with them as the coat was “as described” which it clearly wasn’t.
