The photos looked amazing – warm, luxurious, and stylish – so I placed my order. Soon after, I received tracking details showing the item was coming from China. That immediately raised doubts, as there was no information on the website about the shipping origin.I contacted customer support and asked why this was not disclosed. They reassured me, saying they work with trusted producers and care about their customers, so everything would be fine. I decided to wait. After a week and a half, the cardigan finally arrived – and my disappointment is hard to put into words.What I received looked nothing like the website photos. The so-called “cardigan” resembled a wet rat, was clearly made from cheap synthetic threads, and had a terrible cut and style. Absolutely everything about it was wrong.I sincerely hope to get my money back, but my trust is completely gone. Please, do not be fooled by the good reviews – they seem fake. Learn from my mistake and stay away.
