Wow where do i start... my 85 year mother wanted a coat so ordered 2, what looked lovely online, when they arrived way past there delivery time so they breached their contract. We ordered the coats 17th October and they arrived 7th November. Both coats where meant to be a large however, one didn't even meet to button it up. The puffer coat was totally not the one ordered the one I ordered from the picture had side pockets not front flat pockets so Trade description act (broken). All Lily-Sophie from Lune-london has offered is a discount or to return to China at my cost, yet the items are faulty. I'm coming on here to see if I get any help from others with regards to this matter. As I feel like we're getting scammed so Lily Sophie can look into my order... order number #1364
