This company are absolutely awful, they mislead and outright lie and are borderline unlawful. Do not go near them. I placed an order, then read the reviews and cancelled my order about 20 mins after I placed it. Lune tried to tell me I hadn't cancelled in time (24 hour cancellation period stated on their website). This was clearly not true but it seems they decided to both persist in lying and ignore their own policy (this becomes a theme btw) and send the goods anyway, advising that I should contact them on receipt to arrange a return. The goods turned up about a week later. I duly contacted them to arrange a return. They offered me a 20% refund and I could keep the item or I could have 75% store credit. Under UK consumer law they are obliged to offer a full refund (also states 30 day money back guarantee on their website which is another lie). I refused both options and asked for a full refund. I was then sent a returns form with a return address in China. So for an order I cancelled within 20 mins of placing, apparently the only way I get the full refund I am legally entitled to is to spend almost the total value of the order returning it to China. No wonder they think they can get away with offering a 20% refund! This is a total scam, Lune London is a Netherlands based front for a Chinese supplier, your contract is with China but you can't deal with China direct so you have little choice but to accept their derisory and unlawful offer of a 20% refund to avoid being even more out of pocket. If I could give no stars I would. Stay away from them.
