Placed an order for ladies trainers UK size 6. Although the Company title may refer to London it is clear the products are shipped from China. Two and a bit weeks later the order arrived in a size 4! I have tried to obtain a refund but they have offered only 20% or I pay a further £19 and they will send a replacement. I am not convinced this is even legal. In my opinion this company is fraudulent and should be avoided.
