I ordered a Halloween costume that looked beautiful, but what I received was a cheap dress that looked nothing like it. There's no way to contact them except through email. Customer service seems great based on reviews, but there's no information on their website. A bit suspicious! One bad review and that's the only truth because it's a SCAM!!!
