The wrong size knee sleeve was delivered and does not resemble the one shown on the website. In fact the website photograph is clearly stolen from Onecompress. I emailed twice for an exchange or full refund and received no reply. Further to the company response, I have already contacted Lunessa via the email suggested twice and via the web site contact form. When I eventually received a response, it was a copy and paste response, the only options offered were a 50% refund or return at my expense. The company have responded in a similar vein to the huge number of 1* reviews on the site. I have already had to 'nudge' for the full refund promised while receiving repeated requests to delete my one star review
