My bad experience is similar to others on this thread. Ordered in early January. Received an email from the “Founder” 2 weeks later explaining supply chain problems and promising immediate “priority shipping”. Nothing received a week later and several follow-up emails resulted in canned, AI-generated apologies talking about their wonderful product and telling me I can’t cancel the order because it’s against their policy. 6 weeks after the initial order, and after demanding a full refund I got a shipping notice and an offer of a 20% refund. Finally I got a notice of a refund…..we’ll see if that shows up on my credit card any time soon. If not, I’ll be disputing the charge with my credit card company.
Don’t waste your time trying to buy from this BS organization.
