Update to Lunix Inc/Lunix LLC/Lunix Wellness - 6/25/24 - So I had heard nothing back from this "company" since my previous review. It was not until today they had the guts to send me an ad to purchase more items from them. Yeah right. You will not find many reviews on this company except Amazon which does not include purchases made from Lunix directly. Since Amazon corporate stated they had no record of anything from this company being sent to me, I was not a verified purchaser and therefore was not able to leave them a 100% truthful review with pictures.They remain hidden due to them not having a physical location. The address on their site which states:"This website is operated by LUNIX (Legal Company Name: LUNIX LLC). Our email address is support @ lunixinc. com and phone number (307) 461-9622 The company's address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801"This is NOT true per the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission and others in that community. That is a forwarding address from another location. So this is completely false. Now today, I offered to update my reviews on all the above sites plus revise my posts on Facebook and X if they agreed to let this go, refund my money and I would throw this disgusting material back. They refused and so here we are now. What is VERY ALARMING is the fact they want me to find a shipping company who will send back chemical smelling and human waste products to them. No one from UPS, Fedex or DHL agreed. Plus this would be at my cost. No way. Per the email they sent me which I will provide to TrustPilot Integrity upon request along with all the other 50+ pages of ignored emails and pictures. Lunix wants me to send the human waste, chemical smells of oil and gas left next to a dumpster for 24 hours in the rain back to them for "restocking." WHAT?? Absolutely not. These are being stored underneath my apartment in an airtight locker so no one can smell them. So if you want a reused, restocked, chemicals of gas, oil and human waste to lay your head on for a discount purchase from this company. If you want real customer service and satisfaction choose ANYONE ELSE!! EVEN CRAIGSLIST!!!
