Hi, hope this resolves something.Since 15 Days Lunubet makes up new reasons why they cant verify me.I want to cashout only 400€ and leave them.When i do what they want they ask for another thing.For instance:1. I upload my Id and verification of my adress from a letter from my healthinsurance1. They say you need to upload without VPN from germany - done nothing happens2. I ask them why it takes that long, they suddenly ask for another form of adressverification i upload again now from Gouverment Tax Office from Germany and they decline it.3. Ok i think, then i will ask the State of Berlin that they confirm my adress in a letter. I get the letter in PDF. Lunubet says thats fine, i upload, no reaction, i ask them per mail and i get the most absurd request that i dont see any sense in continuing in doing what they want ans seek for help now.They now ask for a Worddokument not Pdf.This goes endless and i stopped doing what they want and try it this way now.Hopefully someone takes responsibility and solves this!edit after i red their reply on different plattforms:please dont belive them, this is their tactic. always copy paste the same explanation. when i ask for clarification of the problem, why they dont accept for instant a state document which is only for the purpose of prooving my adress, they start to talk about document manipulation and so on 😂so many lies dont trust them!
