I've been with Luscombe for about eight years years and generally find them very good/excellent. The staff team seem stable, are easy to contact and talk to. They are proactive in renewing the annual tenancy agreements, letting you know when things go wrong and have good contacts locally (electrician, plumber etc) to sort things out; this is particularly fantastic and much appreciated. The tenants they've sourced have mostly been very good. They do very thorough check in/check outs and submit any claims against the deposit (only done once). On occasion, the odd thing might need following up, but this is rare and as a landlord, you do also need to keep on top of when things are due. I'm really happy with Luscombe's service.
