Rented a property via Luscombe and the inventory was never shared with us and on moving out the inventory was used to attempt to make huge claims along with landlord. Surprisingly the inventory images was partly taken leaving out images of junk from past repairs done and were left in a portion of the property attempting to charge us for the removal of the junk on exit. Things that were already on the supposed inventory were attempted to be claimed as damages from us. Tried to claim on us for a decrepit cupboard that was prior rusted that we did not inform them it was rusty! Luckily the deposit protection adjudicator was more than reasonable after seeing counter evidence. There were delays with instituting repairs, shoddy repairs made by their workmen they tried to claim we made them. Too many things to write.It is not one star due to a few of the staff who were very reasonable when dealt with but overall, i'd thread very carefully. Keep evidences of any communication, take your own pictures on entry and exit, ask for the inventory on entry, when poor repairs are made escalate and evidence it otherwise you might be blamed for the shoddy job. They will be better when they recognise their customers as key to their susteinance
