I feel misled. I registered on this platform and was charged $1. After two days, they upgraded my membership without consent and charged me $54.36. When I requested a cancellation and a refund, they initially refused. Later, I received a message asking for a 4 to 5-star review in exchange for a refund, but after complying, they denied my request. This is very frustrating.
