Cancelling accidental subscription

I noticed a charge on my account that wasn't what I thought I was "purchasing". I reached out to the company to explain and request to have the "subscription" cancelled as I didn't know the company/subscription etc. Though not understanding how I got to them on their secure account, they immediately cancelled subscription and refunded me. Raj was awesome and understanding and I really appreciated that they didn't hassle me at all about this.
