Great communication and customer service!! The pod even made it to Beirut, Lebanon which was not first available in the country shipping section. Easy to put together, great material that is durable, tough and very easy to clean. Most importantly my Frenchies love it as it makes their car rides safer, more comfortable and keeps them elevated so they may enjoy the view.
