The elastic leg straps at the back of the coat are a welcome addition, as they do help to keep the coat in place during frequent windy weather conditions, and the chest lining helps to keep him warm while lying on a cold ground. I’ve ordered XL for my 22kg pooch, which is a bit too loose at the front but, as he is pretty energetic and ventures out for long walks, it gives him a non-restrictive fit. It is probably the best coat his had so far.
