Total Scam, avoid this company. I received 2 items that DON’T work & was ghosted by the company. I’m working w a govt agency investigating this company. I’ve sent many many emails to luugaa customer support to no avail, then they stopped responding. I received 2 lamps that do not work, they are still boxed in my garage. This company wanted me to take them apart to ensure they were put together correctly, so if you do not want to be treated in this manner, take your business to a legitimate company. Again, buyer beware & be aware of who you are placing orders with your hard earned money.
