The first one we bought made very good yogurt, so we ordered two more. Those took quite a while to get, as they were back ordered and Luvele apparently had to scramble to meet the demand. The new units finally arrived, but the glass containers on those were measurably smaller and started breaking. When the second broke we asked for replacements, but they said there was nothing wrong and we'd have to pay for them. They finally relented and gave us at least one. We've now had a third break, and will undoubtedly be told yet again that there's nothing wrong with them. It's disappointing to have a company suggest it's our fault, when we know it's not. We've got glass and expensive dishware that's very delicate, which we've used for almost fifty years without a single break. Very, very poor customer service.
