I ordered a product and I got it very quickly without any bill inside the pack, so I thought it would come by e mail or anyhow.After minimum2 weeks I got the bill + 10eur!!! So I wrote them to say that I wanted to pay the real amount and nothing more. They answered with a link but the problem I couldn't pay the right amount , it was always + 10eur, I wrote again and they send again a link and now it 's 20 more. So untill now I cannot pay my bill and of course this will put me in trouble and I also told them the product was nuts and that normally I would like to send it back but as I didn't want to continue to write and got (maybe an automatic reply) I just gave up and told them that I still will pay the initial price for the product, but no answer.........
