We have had luxaflex blinds for many years and have been very pleased with them. Like all products, they occasionally develop little issues after some years, and in this instance I needed some spare parts.I emailed the company and was amazed to receive a remarkably quick reply from Kerry to tell me that she was already posting the spare parts I’d requested out to me that very same day. I am really happy because it will prolong the life of my blinds for several more years.How’s that for great customer service!
