This company don’t make blinds as well as they used to, I’m guessing cost cutting measures are affecting the quality of their products.In 2022 I spent over £1300 on one blind, by 2023 it had broke. It then took ages to repair so we had a home made makeshift blind which didn’t really do the job.Fast forward 2 more years and the blind has broke again. So here we go again, wasting time dealing with the return, having to make another make shift blind and having absolutely no faith in the product when it finally gets fixed.I’d expect the 5 year guarantee to start again from the date of repair but I’m guessing that won’t happen. My preferred option would be a full refund but again I’m thinking that will never happen.Cheap blinds for me next time.
