Hopefully this will help anyone looking to replace a damaged blind from Luxaflex.I made a request on 12th May through the Luxaflex website to ask for a consultation, a week later I had not heard back, so I requested again. It is now 31st May and I have not even had a courtesy response. I'd advise not contacting Luxaflex if you require a decent and prompt service.
