I misplaced my pebble remote, but had a spare so successfully had a go at pairing it to the 2 lounge blinds. However I had unknowingly not paired it to the hub, couldn’t work out how to fix, so rang luxaflex. Callum was excellent at diagnosing the issues and very patiently talked me through fixing it all.
