I was looking for venetian blind bottom clips, looked online unsuccessfully, then remembered the blinds were made by Luxaflex. I sent a picture of the broken clip to Luxaflex, got an immediate response from Kerry, sent my address and she arranged for replacement clips straight away - and enough so I could afford to break some more!I wish more companies had such a good and considerate customer service department.
