In the spring of 2015, we spent in excess of £4,500 on Luxaflex Duette pleated blinds for the roof of our conservatory. Seven years on and every single blind has deteriorate to the extent that they have either split or will not open evenly. We have been told by both the fitter and Luxaflex that they all need replacing at a cost of over £4,000 inc VAT. It's clear these blinds are not fit for purpose unless we are prepared to fork out £4k every seven years.
