I bought Luxaflex Automated Twist blinds about 4 years ago and have regretted the purchase ever since. In the 4 year’s I’ve had the blinds I’ve had them returned to Luxaflex for replacement once. The blinds constantly lose their memory, especially when they do a software update. The vanes on the blinds are constantly out of line meaning the supplier had to come out on numerous occasions to reprogram and adjust them. After the two year warranty was up, I had to pay each time they visited, now they won’t visit at all stating they have no expertise left in the business. I have subsequently been told that my supplier has terminated his business with Luxaflex stating numerous customer complaints and time consuming after sales service, although they still advertise Luxaflex blinds on their website !!! So now I’m left with no one to fix my blinds. Two and half grand down the drain. This is a warning to people considering purchasing the said blinds. DONT DO IT. AVOID AT ALL COST.
