We have a number of their venetian blinds bought over a period of years and the early ones were not at all bad. But lately there has been a deterioration in design and ergonomics - the multiple control cords on large blinds now all run through a single hole so tend to jam and tangle, and the flimsy cord grips fall to bits. They are very expensive, and whilst they are slightly better quality than some competitors, we have had two out of three recent orders replaced because they were not as ordered - wrong slats in one case, side control wires omitted in the second. Pity they can't get their internal communications to work properly and sell at a price that doesn't have to cover chucking away two-fiths of the production due to stupid errors!
