Upon receiving my product, it was beautiful but about a size too small. When I reached out to the support team for a return or exchange, they proposed sending me an extra product for free, but only if I provided a five-star review first. I expressed my discomfort with being asked for a review in exchange for a product, but they were unyielding. I declined their offer and was left to handle the situation on my own. Ultimately, I decided to cut my losses. Their practices are troubling, and I wouldn't trust any of their five-star reviews. P.S. I found it ironic to see a prompt discouraging incentivized reviews while writing this.
