I found this approach uncomfortable and declined their offer, leaving me to deal with the situation alone. Ultimately, I chose to cut my losses. Their practices are questionable, and I wouldn't trust their five-star reviews. P.S. I noticed a prompt while writing this that discourages incentivized reviews, which I find quite ironic.
