I don’t know what’s going on but I read another person review seems like same thing happened. I received a machine that doesn’t say lux cove on it and does not allow you to change the heat ems or led setting accordingly. It only allows the light change. So it made no sense when my blue light was on heat. Then I tried to return it and found out it’s so expensive to send it back to uk as I’m in Canada. I also was told that I had to provide video to explain why I wanted to return and a picture…also now they are saying it’s NOT their machine! and I have myCredit card showing I paid 103$ fromLux cove. Also they take long to respond can’t talk on phone with a human being. I basicallyGot scammed. I did some research and found the machine I DID receive on Amazon for 25$! …so I don’t know what’s happened but some compensation would be appreciated. This should be on a socialMedia platform or someWay to show people not to get this product or its a risk financially and lux cove maybe you should know what’s happening I’m stillConfused on the entire situation.
