My first face sculptor came and I started to use it but the heat setting didn't work properly so I contacted customer service. Immediately they offered me a full refund or a replacement, I asked for a replacement which came yesterday. I charged my new device and to my disappointment it has the exact same fault. First time round I got a reply Immediately, this time nothing. Really unhappy, I wish I had checked the reviews before buying. The device not working properly is a common problem.
