They do not honour their 30 day money back guarantee unless you have BEFORE, DURING and AFTER photos of your eyelash lifting process.The product works as advertised provided you have the skills of a person with 10 years beautician experience. It was difficult to apply, the silicon eyelid pads are huge (even with the smallest set), the perming solution (which smelled exactly like the kind one uses on their hair) burned my upper eyelids since I needed to open my eyes to read the directions.When I reached out to return the product (since they advertised a full refund if unsatisfied - total BS!) they basically gave me a list of demands and then ghosted me after I pointed out that nowhere does it say you must provide photos of the entire process (one which I wasn’t willing to do again since I ended up with uncomfortably curled eyelashes on one eye, and mildly curled eyelashes on the other). They sent me the German (I think) packaging which I don’t read so that made the process even more difficult as I had to keep referring back to my phone to translate each little tiny box of products involved. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT UNLESS YOURE A PRO OR HAVE A PRO WHO CAN DO IT FOR YOU.
