My order never shipped. I’ve been sending emails to only receive a virtual agent response. Every email I get the same response that someone will get back to me at 1 to 3 days and nobody does. Or I get one that says you’re a refund is being reviewed and someone will get back to you in 10 days .With all the emails, nothing has happened with my order . it has mever been shipped and I’ve never received my refund. this company is bogus ! And the other thing is with all the emails of me complaining not once have they ever tried to make it right
