Most unprofessional service I've experienced in 15 years being with several online hosting companies. Luxhost is advertising with DMCA ignored, I even discussed this fact with the Support before ordering. After a few days being with them, my VPS got blocked without even any notice. After waiting for hours for a useful support answer(in very raw english) they told me my server is suspended because of a DMCA request. After waiting for half a day they unblocked the server and my question why all of that happened and how to handle this in the future, is still not answered. Very unserious, unreliable and rude support with no english skills at all.
