I see there are tons of reviews of people who have experienced the same thing. I bought a product and was signed up to a membership scheme. The practice is totally a scam and the company are looking to scam their customers to make a quick buck. Looking to report them to the Ombudsman based on the scores of people in the review section here complaining about the same thing. I can only hope they are closed down soon before they can scam more people.And to whoever is reading this from the LuxPlus "customer service" team. As a customer you actively have to choose whether you want to buy a product for membership price or normal price. Under the membership price we inform that you start a membership when you purchase a product for a membership price. A membership is also added to your shopping cart when you purchase products for membership prices for the first time. Furthermore, you have received a confirmation to your email with information about your membership when you placed your first order.I am sorry if you have not seen this and misunderstood our concept, but we do not issue refunds for membership, as we give ample information about the membership.Your membership at X has been cancelled and you will not be charged again.Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions.Best regards"
