Where are the zero or minus ratings?This cowboy outfit clearly know what they are doing.People are unwittingly somehow, beyond my comprehension how exactly, end up 'signing up' to a MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION of £8.99. Am still asking myself what that is even for.Their bog standard response shows clear disregard to these complaints & requests for refunds.They are the definition of a scam!My bank is dealing with the dispute now.I am contacting the trades people & the police.Everyone should be aware of this. If you make 1 off purchase, that you get signed up to their cr*p monthly subscription. Nobody would be aware of this as the wording is not obvious & it is simply a con.Their products are hopeless too, by the way.With so many bad ratings, how are they allowed to continue to operate & con unwitting people?????I demand that they get shut down, the fraudsters that they are.Do not bother with your bog standard auto response, you cowards..
