After carefully following the instructions, the product burnt my eyebrows. I’ve never had sensitive skin, I get my brows lifted every 6 weeks without issues, and I’m not allergic to any of the listed ingredients — so this was shocking and concerning.When I reached out to Luxplus for help, instead of taking my concerns seriously, they immediately went into defense mode. Their response was dismissive, essentially saying they don’t offer any form of satisfaction guarantee and implying the problem was mine, not theirs. At no point did they consider the possibility of a faulty batch or show genuine care about a customer’s health and safety.This experience has left me extremely disappointed. Customer service should be about more than reading off policies — it should be about helping customers when something goes wrong, especially when it concerns a product causing physical harm.If you value your health and safety, I strongly recommend paying a little extra and purchasing from a company that truly values its customers. I wish I had trusted my hesitation before ordering, because this experience has completely destroyed my trust in Luxplus.
