I ordered a product from this company which was a little cheaper than elsewhere so thought I’d give them a go. The parcel arrived after a few weeks and poorly packed.I am usually very switched on when buying online from new companies but on this occasion did not realise I was automatically a member and would have £8.99 taken from my account every month for evermore. After two months of this I contacted the company who replied relatively promptly with a semi cut and paste response.I intend to contact my credit card company to ask them to deal with this. I always read reviews before buying but again on this occasion did not do so. If only I had!! I will never use this company again and would advise 100% against it. Totally unprofessional and sneaky and relying on customers not checking carefully enough to con them out of £8.99 a month. I dread to think how much money this company is taking from innocent people.Avoid at all costs.Obviously the company is not reading any of these reviews just replying with a bog standard cut and paste series of comments. Hoping other potential customers DO read the comments before buying from this company.
