I just ever ordered one item and I wasn’t even aware of the membership. I'm always very careful when ordering to avoid that kind of dishonesty but this time I was tricked. Never again! And again the same copied answer as usual, not personal at all. It's pathetic and a scandal. The customer isn't respected at all at luxplus.
