I ordered and paid for a parcel on 2 January. On 10 January my parcel stopped being tracked by the delivery service. On 16 January I wrote to the support service.Today 19 January, I have not received my parcel. I have not received a reply or help in solving the problem.This is terrible! Luxplus does not fulfil its obligations to the client. If a parcel is lost on the road, the company will not even reply to you!
