Kudos to Luxpower team, especially Ayoub and Andy, for top-tier customer service. I had a unique situation. My SA-bought, Zim-based inverter malfunctioned. With no Zim repair centre, Ayoub was very patient and creative, arranging a Zim 3rd party to assess the hardware.
