I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by this company. Since upgrading my system’s batteries, I have encountered numerous issues. The installer has been unresponsive and unwilling to assist, and despite numerous attempts to reach Lux Technical, they refuse to answer calls or return messages.It’s incredibly frustrating that no one seems willing to address the ongoing problems I am facing. The system is less than 12 months old, and I expected much better support and resolution. Unfortunately, this lack of service has left me feeling completely neglected as a customer.
